This challenge <br /> intersects with planning and zoning decisions that could otherwise increase the <br /> supply of affordable housing. <br /> Additional sources of funding should be investigated to complement existing <br /> local, state, and federal funds, including private and philanthropic funds. <br /> Further analysis of the existing affordable housing stock and past housing <br /> investments is needed to support evidence-based decision making. <br />
