No interior inspection was conducted;however,based on the exterior inspection,the area depicted in the appellant's photos appears to be heated and cooled. • Staff also reviewed a sales analysis of recently sold homes within the subject's neighborhood. After inspection and review, staff recommends reclassifying the deck as an open porch and applying a-20%land adjustment for floodplain.
