APPROVED <br /> • Approval of Meeting Summary <br /> The meeting sum maryfrom November 14, 2025, was approved unanimously. <br /> • Presentation from Marcus Kinrade and Nicole Krieser, Wake County Tax <br /> Administrator <br /> Presentation attached for reference and review. <br /> Questions and comments were welcomed during and after the presentation. <br /> • Questions and Next Steps <br /> Commissioner Portie-Ascott previewed the agenda for the next meeting, scheduled <br /> December 5, 2025. The agenda includes an update on Appeals and Neighborhood <br /> Reviews as well as a review of the Request for Proposal(RFP) to conduct an evaluation <br /> of the Reappraisal and Tax Assessment Process in Orange County, NC. All meeting <br /> documents have been sent to members for review. <br /> Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked members to review the presentations from UNC <br /> School of Government and the NC Department of Revenue, which were shared during <br /> the November 14, 2025 meeting. Members were encouraged to come prepared to <br /> share key takeaways, comments, and questions at the upcoming meeting. <br /> Members were also asked to submit any questions or comments in advance of the <br /> December 5 meeting. <br /> Deloris Bailey informed the group that she will be unable to attend the next meeting. <br /> However, she will reviewthe materials and submit any questions or comments <br /> beforehand. <br /> In-person attendance is encouraged; however, a Microsoft Teams link will be provided <br /> for those who need to join virtually. <br /> Commissioner Carter thanked the presenters and expressed appreciation for the <br /> engagement of participating community members. <br /> • Adjournment <br /> With no further items to discuss, the Work Group adjourned at 1:41 PM. <br /> 2 <br />
