Article 7: Subdivis4t <br /> Section 7.13: Specifications for Plat Drawings <br /> (vi) For adjacent subdivided land, the subdivision plat name, plat <br /> book and page number, and perimeter lot numbers abutting the <br /> tract to be subdivided. <br /> (b) Streets and Transportation Systems <br /> (i) The location, name and right of way width of streets, roads and <br /> railroads abutting the tract <br /> (ii) Surface material and width of travelways. <br /> (iii) The location of any existing curbs, gutters and culverts. These <br /> features shall also be shown in cross section. <br /> (iv) The location and width of alleys, sidewalks, bike lanes, transit <br /> systems, and bus stops. <br /> (c) Utility Systems <br /> (i) The location and size (if appropriate)of all: <br /> a. Above ground installations of major electric, CATV and <br /> telephone transmission lines, <br /> b. Underground gas transmission mains, <br /> C. Underground water mains and sanitary sewer lines, and <br /> d.
