Development projects unable to meet all Standards required for Site Plan approval may be submitted as an <br /> appropriate Conditional District(see Section 3.8). <br /> 3. The impervious surface limit in this district is 70% if detention ponds are provided. Other requirements for impervious <br /> surface are located in Sections 4.2.5 and 4.2.6. <br /> 4.
