In <br /> addition,the appellant reports that drainage issues on the property are contributing to <br /> foundation problems, adversely affecting the property's condition and overall value.No <br /> supporting documentation or cost-to-cure estimates were provided with this appeal. <br /> • County staff conducted an on-site inspection of the property to verify its condition and obtain <br /> photos.
