HOA charge is $11986/quarter Rent income is Zero." <br /> • "Condition/Maintenance of exterior is so so,but HOA charge is too much, since they all have <br /> the smaller units, so they don't care, I am strongly against to charge HOA fee based on the <br /> square footage, this is bullying and stealing openly." <br /> • "A few units of this building were sold in the past few years,but my unit is too big, it's very <br /> hard to find the buyer or tenant." <br /> • "Tex-X, LoopNet, gave me auction price $1000000. In the past 6-7 years, I tried my best to sell <br /> or lease it,but still can't make it,the main reason is too high surcharge, especially HOA <br /> charge, I searched the whole area commercial building of HOA, commonly is 0.5-2$/sqft,but <br /> this building HOA charges me$4.95/square foot,I am very sure Adam, etc.,HOA key <br /> members are doing very selfish things to cause my HOA increasing from$8,600/quarter to <br /> $11,986/square foot. Also, I found the other unit of this buildings are all sold in a very low <br /> price in the past years. I already paid out of my pocket in cash about$400,000 since I <br /> purchased it, and I got nothing income from this property since it can't be sold or leased.
