Additionally, use of boundaries <br />in leading grounds the leader in feedback, <br />performance, and ongoing team trust. <br /> <br />Using a neuroscience-informed approach, participants <br />will explore how the brain responds to feedback and <br />accountability and how leaders can create <br />environments where people feel safe enough to <br />stretch, take risks, and deliver high performance. <br /> <br />A4O will introduce feedback models, tools for <br />performance coaching, and approaches to build <br />systems of accountability that are clear, fair, and <br />motivating.
