Leaders will clarify <br />their roles and responsibilities and explore how the <br />layers of leadership—frontline supervisors, program <br />managers, and executives—work collectively to move <br />the vision forward. Using results from the Leader <br />NeuroView Assessments (NeuroLeader TrustView, <br />NeuroTeam View, and/or EiView), participants will <br />gain insight into their emotional intelligence and <br />regulation skills, which are essential for resilience, <br />psychological safety, and healthy team dynamics. <br />Through the lens of neuroscience, leaders will <br />examine how emotional regulation shapes leadership, <br />decision-making, engagement with staff, and <br />responses to stress and change.
