2) Vote to Approve the Statement of Consistency (Attachment 7) and Zoning Atlas <br /> Amendment Ordinance (Attachment 9). <br /> OR <br /> Vote to Deny the Zoning Atlas Amendments, including a statement as to why the <br /> application is not reasonable and/or not in the public interest, as detailed in the <br /> Statement of Inconsistency (Attachment 8). <br /> Taylor Pershau, Current Planning and Zoning Manager, introduced the item. She <br /> announced that the Town of Hillsborough recently denied the applicant's request to connect to <br /> Town water, which means that proposed condition number 13 has been completed, so should be <br /> removed if there is discussion about revising conditions. She continued the following presentation <br /> that was started at the November 6, 2025 meeting: <br /> Slide #40 <br /> Public Notification <br /> ■ Notices were mailed via first class mail to property owners within <br /> 1,000 ft. of the subject parcel on October 22, 2025. <br /> ■ Signs posted the subject parcel on October 22, 2025. <br /> ■ Legal Ad published on October 22, 2025 and October 29, 2025. <br /> ■ Application information has also been posted on the Planning <br /> Department's"Active Development"webpage. <br />
