Matt previously led fleet electrification and alternative fuel adoption initiatives <br /> at the City of Boston's Central Fleet Management division. During his time there, he <br /> was instrumental in adding 50 electric vehicles and 35 alternative fuel vehicles to the <br /> fleet along with the fueling infrastructure required to service those vehicles — <br /> including 35 electric vehicle charging stations. He is based out of Cambridge, MA. <br /> Mahnum Khan I Transportation Electrification Analysis Support <br /> Mahnum Khan focuses on the development of electrification roadmaps and <br /> decarbonization. She has worked with clients such as Southern California <br /> Association of Government, San Diego Association of Governments, and Hawaii <br /> Department of Transportation on electrification projects. Mahnum is developing <br /> expertise in GIS analyses for charging infrastructure siting and equity analyses. <br /> Mahnum will be one our support staff for fleet EV modeling and the master plan. She <br /> works out of our San Francisco, CA office as a Clean Transportation Specialist. <br /> Carolina Arriaga, MIDS, PPMJ Transportation Electrification Analysis Support <br /> Carolina Arriaga is a transportation electrification consultant at ICF, a leader in data <br /> science and energy modeling with published work in total cost of ownership for <br /> Canadian fleet managers transitioning to zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs). She has 2 <br /> years of experience in transportation electrification, with expertise in siting analysis, <br /> infrastructure load estimation, and application development. Her previous work <br /> greatly impacted Environment and Climate Change Canada and Electric Autonomy <br /> Canada (EAC), helping fleet managers adopt electric vehicle (EV)fleets by providing <br /> education and incentives initiatives. She has a background in engineering physics, is <br /> certified by UBC Sauder School of Business in professional project management <br /> (PPM), and currently leads the automation of emissions calculations for the <br /> Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) in California.
