The Condominium Agreement, Deeds, Survey, and Plat have been <br /> finalized by staff for approval by the Orange County Board of Commissioners and the Carrboro <br /> Town Council. <br /> At its Business meeting on July 8, 2025, the Board reviewed the condominium documents and <br /> asked for several changes to those documents. The County and Carrboro have worked through <br /> those requested changes, and the final copy is provided as Attachment 2. The changes between <br /> the July 8t"version and the current final version (Attachment 2)are detailed in the red-lined version <br /> of the agreement provided in Attachment 1. <br /> The following outlines the major changes between the original version presented to the Board on <br /> July 8, 2025 and the current final version the Board is being asked to approve tonight: <br />
