Our team will <br /> review the project schedule with the County to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality deliverables as <br /> outlined in ICF's proposed approach, ICF will work with the County to make the necessary schedule <br /> updates. <br /> Exhibit 7. ICFs Proposed Task-specific Schedule. <br /> Task 1. Fleet Evaluation and Transition <br /> Strategy <br /> Task 2. EV Charging Infrastructure <br /> Planning & Electricity Grid Impacts <br /> Task 3. Fleet Vehicle Purchasing Policy <br /> Recommendations <br /> Task 4. Final Fleet EV Transition Report <br /> and Presentation <br /> Milestones deliverable for each task are denoted with an 'Y'. <br /> In accordance with this schedule, ICF shall submit each the initial version of each of the deliverables listed <br /> above on the following dates: <br /> • Task 1.1 Fleet Inventory— Feb 201h, 2026 <br /> • Task 1.2 Fleet Transition Memo— Mar 201h, 2026 <br /> • Task 1.2 Fleet Transition Worksheet— Mar 20th, 2026 <br /> • Task 2 Charging Infrastructure Assessment Memo— May 22nd, 2026 <br /> • Task 3 Fleet Vehicle Purchasing Policy Recommendations — May 22nd, 2026 <br /> • Task 4 Final Fleet EV Transition Report—June 19th, 2026 <br /> Any delay in providing data to ICF or in the review process from the County shall lead to cascading delays <br /> on all deliverables that succeed said delay. <br /> Use or disclosure of data contained on this sheet is subject to the restrictions on the title page of this proposal 15 <br />
