Pefmission will <br /> be eentingent on evideneing that the proposed er-eetion �A,ill not materially negatively affeet thee- <br /> Units or Common Elements. <br /> Section 5:—No signs may be placed in or on the common elements advertising or promoting a <br /> non-government business or business function. Notwithstanding the foregoing, <br /> Town's local radio station tenant may place a sign advertising its radio station within <br /> the window of the radio studio space,which shall be part of the Town's Unit as shown <br /> on the Condominium plats and plans. All signage shall be in compliance with the <br /> Town ordinance. _No other signs shall be permitted on or about the Units, other than <br /> those signs specifically referred to in Article III, Section 10. <br /> Section 6:— All window coverings(i.e.,curtains,blinds,draperies,shades,etc.)shall appear white <br /> or off-white from the exterior, and are deemed the responsibility of the Unit Owner. <br /> Section 7:— Unit Owners shall not park or store any camper, trailer, trailer vehicle, or similar <br /> vehicle within the Condominium including the parking deck unless approved in <br /> writing by the Executive Board. No trucks shall be permitted to park without <br /> Executive Board approval except for standard passenger vans,pickup trucks, or sport <br /> utility vehicle. No motor vehicle not currently registered,inspected and licensed shall <br /> be parked or stored anywhere onwithin the Property. Subject to any <br /> existeneeexisting requirement that the Town is responsible for towing any vehicle,the <br /> Association reserves the right to tow any vehicles in violation of this Section and <br /> charge the Unit Owner for the cost of towing. _In no event shall the Association be <br /> held liable for the towing of any vehicle that is in violation of this Section. This <br /> provision shall not be construed to prevent delivery and/or maintenance trucks and <br /> vans providing services to the Unit Owners from parking temporarily within a <br /> designated delivery area, which designated delivery area may be established by the <br /> Association pursuant to Article II hereinabove. <br /> Section 8: The Condominium shall be available as an election site if the Orange County Board <br /> of Elections authorizes the site for elections. The details of such use shall be as set <br /> forth in the Parties' MOU. <br /> ARTICLE IX <br /> EASEMENTS <br />
