Explanation of Services to be provided and to whom: <br />a. Provider will provide up to 50 diapers per child per month (sizes newborn to 5 <br />only) or 30 pull-ups per child per month to an estimated 100 children per month. <br />b. Diapers will be picked up at the Provider's location by the County for use by <br />participants engaged in Social Services' programming, including, but not limited <br />to, the Community Response Program, the Adolescent Parenting Program, and <br />Child Protective Services. Additionally, Social Services will serve as open <br />provider to any Orange County resident in need. <br />c. As available, the Provider's toddler toilet training classes will be open to Social <br />Services' participants. <br />d. Provider will track percentages of families reporting that receiving diapers allows <br />them to experience the outcomes of: reduced parental stress; increased ability to <br />afford food, pay bills, or purchase other non-food hygiene products; increased <br />child health and happiness; and increased work and childcare attendance. <br />e. Provider will provide 300 adult incontinence products per month to at least 10 low- <br />income, older adults or individuals with disabilities and 5,000 period products per <br />month to approximately 250 menstruating individuals. <br />f. Hygiene products will be picked up at the Provider's location by the County. <br />Provider will work with Social Services to identify individuals in need throughout <br />the county. Hygiene products may be distributed to participants engaged in Social <br />Services' programming, low-income, older adults or individuals with disabilities <br />receiving services through DSS or Dept. on Aging, and/or recipients of other <br />community services. <br />g. Provider will track the number of individuals served, products distributed, and <br />percent of recipients who report increased livelihood security by accessing social <br />safety net services which enable them to attain stability and thrive. <br />h.
