Total cost $28,000.

Purpose:
The workshop will be a climate-controlled space where I can expand my capacity for
hosting hands-on farm to table classes year-round. I currently do not have a climate
controlled class space, which means I am limited in my ability to host classes in the
summer and winter months, as well as during inclement weather. With this new space,
I can expand my calendar of classes and even rent the workshop out to other local
farmers or artisans who need a teaching venue.

Docusign Envelope ID: 27DF44C6-EF82-4BBE-8BCA-7B2E6BEF1C98
