Community Empowerment Fund <br />November 6, <br />2025 SCOPE OF WORK:July 2025-June 2026 <br />Prepared for OCPEH <br />PROJECT:PROJECT: OC Connect System Development and Maintenance <br />1. OC Connect - System Development <br />1A. Unique User Logins <br />This cost is paid directly to Salesforce.com to provide access to OC Connect via unique logins <br />for each partner. This includes 3 “admin-level” logins. <br />1B. Data Verification and Updating <br />The resources in OC Connect have been compiled from CEF’s internal Resource Database and <br />combined with databases used by our partners. Our team of Volunteer Advocates is trained to <br />actively use the resource database and report any inconsistencies or necessary updates. In <br />addition, the Resource and Financial Coaching team (made up of CEF staff) will work with a <br />team of Advocates to annually comb through each resource and verify/update the information. <br />The team will also seek out and incorporate other databases and resources that have not yet <br />been included. <br />1C. Cyber Liability & Data Security <br />Orange County requires that CEF have cyber security insurance to cover a potential data <br />breach in the OC Connect system.
