Our service and <br />fixtures are second to none. <br />PRODUCT INFORMATION <br />Utility Metering Solutions uses only top quality name-brand fixtures and electrical components in our <br />energy-efficient lighting projects. We design solutions for maximum light expectancy to greatly reduce <br />lighting maintenance expenses backed by product warranties that are the best available in the industry. <br />WARRANTY <br />The products are warranted as follows: <br />•LED Fixtures and Retrofit Kits <br />o 4500 hours or less per year – 10 year warranty on fixture, kit, driver, and boards. <br />o 4501 to 6000 hours per year – 7 year warranty on fixture, kit, driver, and boards. <br />o 6001 to 8760 hours per year – 5 year warranty on fixture, kit, driver, and boards. <br />•LED Tubes <br />o 4500 hours or less per year – 10 year warranty on tubes. <br />o 4501 to 6000 hours per year – 7 year warranty on tubes. <br />o 6001 to 8760 hours per year – 5 year warranty on tubes. <br />•All other components (e.g., sensors, photocells, surge suppressors, emergency drivers) are <br />warranted based on the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s warranty. <br />In the event of any outage that may occur with any electronic product outlined in this proposal, Utility <br />Metering Solutions will coordinate the replacements required.
