b.The following is added to Section III – Limits Of Insurance: <br />Subject to Paragraph 5. above, the most we will pay under Coverage A for damages because of "property <br />damage" to property loaned to you or personal property in the care, custody or control of the insured arising <br />out of the use of an elevator at premises you own, rent or occupy is $25,000 per "occurrence". <br />3.Property Damage to Borrowed Equipment <br />a.The following is added to Exclusion j. of Section I – Coverage A – Bodily Injury And Property Damage <br />Liability: <br />Paragraph (4) of this exclusion does not apply to "property damage" to equipment you borrow from others at <br />a jobsite. <br />b.The following is added to Section III – Limits Of Insurance: <br />Subject to Paragraph 5. above, the most we will pay under Coverage A for damages because of "property <br />damage" to equipment you borrow from others is $25,000 per "occurrence". <br />N.Expected or Intended Injury or Damage <br />Exclusion a. of Section I – Coverage A – Bodily Injury And Property Damage Liability is replaced by the following: <br />a.Expected Or Intended Injury Or Damage <br />"Bodily injury" or "property damage" expected or intended from the standpoint of the insured. This exclusion does <br />not apply to "bodily injury" or "property damage" resulting from the use of reasonable force to protect persons or <br />property. <br />O.Definitions – Bodily Injury <br />The "bodily injury" definition under the Definitions Section is replaced by the following: <br />"Bodily injury" means bodily injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person, including mental anguish, mental <br />injury, shock, fright or death sustained by that person which results from that bodily injury, sickness or disease. <br />P.Electronic Data <br />Exclusion p. of Section I – Coverage A – Bodily Injury And Property Damage Liability is replaced by the following: <br />p.Electronic Data <br />Damages arising out of the loss of, loss of use of, damage to, corruption of, inability to access or inability to <br />manipulate electronic data. <br />However, this exclusion does not apply to liability for damages because of "bodily injury" or physical injury to <br />tangible property including all resulting loss of use of that property. <br />As used in this exclusion, electronic data means information, facts or programs stored as or on, created or used <br />on, or transmitted to or from computer software (including systems and applications software), hard or floppy <br />disks, CD-ROMs, tapes, drives, cells, data processing devices or any other media which are used with <br />electronically controlled equipment. <br />Q.Insured Status – Amateur Athletic Participants <br />Section II – Who Is An Insured is amended to include as an insured any person you sponsor while participating in <br />amateur athletic activities.
