<br />2025-12-01 2026 Orange County - Farragut System Administration Services Renewal (Revised).docx Page 2 <br /> <br />Out of Scope <br />The following services are not part of Farragut’s offerings and are expected to be the responsibility of <br />the County: <br />a. Disaster Recovery <br />b. On-Site Infrastructure Management: <br />i. Including but not limited to: Power, HVAC (Temperature Control), Outbound <br />Internet Access, Infrastructure Network Connectivity, Host Server <br />Management and Maintenance, VM Infrastructure, Networking, Domain User <br />Management, Security Setup) <br />Fees and Terms <br />Farragut will provide the services above according to the chart below. <br />• Service hours will be provided on a monthly basis with an allocated 16-hour minimum <br />retainer. The minimum monthly fee for this service shall be $2,616 per month. <br />• It is anticipated that the Services under this proposal will be provided at Farragut’s facilities, <br />and during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding normal business <br />holidays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time). <br />• Weekend or after-hours work shall be considered as normal business hours, if scheduled in <br />advanced. Scheduled work must be identified and planned at least 1 week in advance. <br />• Any on-site services requested will be at an additional cost, including but not limited to <br />reasonable travel expenses. <br />• This Statement of Work is effective January 1, 2026 and expires June 30, 2026 unless written <br />cancellation is received. If a cancellation notification is received, the services provided shall <br />terminate 90 days after the cancellation date. <br />• Farragut and County will work together to provide an additional system administration <br />contract for FY27 (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027) to align future contracts with the <br />County fiscal year. <br />• Farragut will deliver Customer monthly invoices that contain the fees.
