35 <br /> DRAFT <br /> MINUTES <br /> ORANGE COUNTY PLANNING BOARD <br /> JUNE 6, 2002 <br /> 7:30 p.m. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Jay Bryan, Craufurd Goodwin, Sam Lasris, Barry Katz,Howard <br /> McAdams,Jr. , Rachel Preston,Renee Price, Hunter Schofield,Maria Tadd, and Theodore <br /> Triebel <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT: Lynn Holtkamp and Nicole Gooding-Ray <br /> STAFF PRESENT: Planning Director Craig Benedict,Robert Davis, Catherine LaSpaluto, and <br /> Thomas Tempia <br /> AGENDA ITEM#1:DINNER/MEETING WITH BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS <br /> Pre-Agenda prepared by Barry Jacobs,Board of County Commissioners. <br /> AGENDA ITEM#2: CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br /> Vice-Chair Hunter Schofield called the meeting to order. <br /> AGENDA ITEM#3:INFORMATIONAL ITEMS <br /> June Calendar <br /> Next Meeting Scheduled for Wednesday, July 3, 2002 <br /> Benedict said that there is a Board of County Commissioners' meeting on June 18, 2002 where <br /> specific Planning items come forward. He thinks the board should start working on a structure <br /> for meetings with the Board of County Commissioners. If the Planning Board chooses to have <br /> another meeting in late June, 2002 that would be fine. He also said that we could find another <br /> date for the July meeting since it is the day before a holiday. <br /> It was suggested that if there are not any items with time constraints on the July agenda that the <br /> Planning Board wait until August to meet. <br /> MOTION: Preston moved to change the July meeting to July 10,2002.
