An initial estimate put the cost of replacement at$33,000 per unit,to be paid by <br /> the property owners. <br /> • Also, during the meeting, county staff reviewed the deed of the subject property filed in <br /> Register of Deeds 6255/501. The deed describes the subject property as a condominium. <br /> Evidence submitted by the county representative: <br /> • Orange County Land Records reviewed documentation for Village West and concluded that no <br /> Declaration of Condominium has been filed in the Orange County Register of Deeds. <br /> • Also,there is no mention of a condominium in the plat of Village West filed in Plat Book 30, <br /> page 1. <br /> • Since there is no Declaration of Condominium,the subject property should continue to be <br /> assessed as a townhome.
