The home is brick and was built in 1966 and contains 1,175 square feet of living area. <br /> • Comparable, 201 Alabama Ave is a 900s/f frame house that was the interior was repainted,the <br /> kitchen renovated and the bathroom is all original. <br /> • Neighborhood Review: As part of the BOER-ordered neighborhood reviews, Tanner <br /> Valuations conducted an evaluation of NBC 7200. Following their site visit and analysis,they <br /> determined that the dwelling is being accurately assessed based on its age,condition, and <br /> market influences. <br /> • Additionally,the land base rate for NBC 7200 was adjusted from$210,000 to $165,000, and <br /> this revision has been applied to the subject parcel. <br /> • Recommendation: With the land rate adjustment applied,the revised 2025 assessed value is <br /> $291,600.
