GRADE: The residence has a grade of C+10.No change to grade is recommended. <br /> 2. AGE: The residence was built in 1966 and currently has an effective year built of 1991. No <br /> change to effective year built is recommended. <br /> 3. CONDITION: The property was flooding during Tropical Depression Chantal with <br /> floodwaters reaching the bottom of the rear porch. Since the flooding occurred after January 1, <br /> 2025,no change to condition can be supported for 2025. However, the condition can be <br /> adjusted for 2026 if necessary. <br /> 4.
