In <br /> addition, a cell phone tower was installed directly in our front yard view, creating a nuisance <br /> and negatively affecting the value of our property. <br /> Evidence submitted by the county representative: <br /> • On November 19,2025, an appraiser conducted a site visit to review the formal appeal <br /> submitted. During the visit, it was observed that several cars and trucks were using the Old <br /> Greensboro Highway for travel, resulting in slightly more passing traffic than would typically <br /> be expected on a normal two-lane state-maintained road. The view from the front yard was also <br /> documented, including the visible cell phone tower.
