In addition, a cell phone tower was installed directly in our front yard view, creating a nuisance and negatively affecting the value of our property. Evidence submitted by the county representative: • On November 19,2025, an appraiser conducted a site visit to review the formal appeal submitted. During the visit, it was observed that several cars and trucks were using the Old Greensboro Highway for travel, resulting in slightly more passing traffic than would typically be expected on a normal two-lane state-maintained road. The view from the front yard was also documented, including the visible cell phone tower.
