Mvmtes <br />The Board will consider approval andlor correction of minutes from the <br />following meetings: January 2~, 2003 Board Retreat; February 24, 2003 <br />Quarterly Public Hearing; and February 2b, 2003 BOCC Work Session. <br />b. Appointments- None <br />c. 11~Iotor ~-'ehicle Property Tax Refwids <br />The Board «-ill consider adoption of a refund resolution related to 28 <br />requests for motor vehicle tax refunds. <br />d. Change in BOCC Regular Meeting Schedule <br />The Board will consider one change in the County Commissioners' <br />regular meeting calendar for the year 2003 by adding a meeting on <br />Thursday, May 1, 2003 to begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Government Services <br />Center, 200 South Cameron Street., Hillsborough, North Carolina. <br />9. ITEA~IS FOR DECISION--REGULAR AGENDA <br />a. Proposal to Change Dental Clinic Service Delivery (9:00-9:25) <br />The Board will consider a proposal to change the manner in which Orange <br />County Health Department Dental Clinic services are delivered to patients <br />by realigning currently budgeted resources. The realigmnent consists of <br />establishing a permanent full time Dentist position to serve children and <br />adult patients in both clinical locations and sense as clinical director and <br />clinical supervisor of the County's dental program effective June 2, 2003; <br />to reduce the curtent full time Dental Hygienist position to part time 20 <br />hours; and to amend the Classification and Pay Plan to add the new <br />classification of Dentist at salary grade 83. <br />b. Boards and C"ommissions (9:25-9:50) <br />The Board will consider the list of Boards and Commissions on which <br />members of the County Commissioners serve. <br />10. REPORTS <br />a. Regional Evacuation Stucly (9:50-10:15) <br />The Board will receive a report on a Study of a seven county region <br />(including Johnston, Chatham, Wake, Durham, Alamance, Guilford and <br />Orange) that assessed the abilities of governments to evacuate or isolate <br />all or part of that region in case of emergency and that identified some <br />available resources within the region. <br />
