The photo of the small carport shows it is a simple wood frame <br /> structure with an earth floor. I recommend reducing its value to $1,000. All lots in the subject <br /> neighborhood are valued by the lot method at$400,000 a lot including nearby smaller lots on <br /> PINS 9789827812 (49 acre) and PIN 9789830014(.5 acre).
