Evidence submitted by the county representative: • The subject is already listed in Fair condition from the previous informal appeal. Upon additional information supplied by the appellant at the formal appeal,the County recommends applying 20%functional depreciation to the subject for having 4 bedrooms and only 1 1/2 baths in a 1,288 square foot home as 4 bedrooms are generally excessive and undersized for a home of that size, especially when served by less than 2 full baths.
