For the house, our building quality was assigned A-10, for a 1977 old <br /> house, torn down inside, and frame house. In comparison: Grade A-10 is also assigned to our <br /> neighbor 211 Saddle Ridge Road,but a masonry house, fully updated and reconstructed inside <br /> a few years ago. A lower Grade B+10 is assigned to 3 Sutton Place,which is also a frame <br /> house built the same year. A lower grade B+10 is also assigned to 831 Kenmore Road,which <br /> is a better masonry house, and is newer than our house.
