Appellant stated that there were no discrepancies in the County records for the Subject. <br /> 2. Appellant noted 10 properties, 8 being listings in 2025. These listings are not evidence of <br /> the Subject value as of l/l/2025 and are therefore disregarded. <br /> 3. The remaining 2 sales provided by the appellant are being included on the Comper report <br /> attached as Comps 4& 5. Neither of these comps are in NBC 7910 and the grades are lower. <br /> Due to having the availability of Comps 1-3 in the same NBC as the Subject, the Appellants <br /> comps are given no weight in determination of value. <br /> 4. Comps 1 &2 on Comper are most similar to the subject and bracket all significant aspects of <br /> the subject. The approved County Schedule of Values were applied to all properties to yield <br /> the assessed value.
