<br /> <br />Page 5 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />The split system selected and quoted for this proposal is based on like for like change out <br />and does not reflect a change in capacity or load calculation for the area this unit serves. <br /> <br />Any code deficiencies related to the existing conditions not specifically identified in our <br />proposal is not included in our scope of work. <br /> <br />Unforeseen conditions related to the owners equipment or building that adversely impact <br />the cost of the project may result in additional changes. <br /> <br />When changing AHU and condensing unit out with like size AHU and condensing unit, it is <br />assumed that the refrigerant pipe, conduit, wire, disconnects, breakers, electrical panel and <br />duct work are adequately sized to serve the proposed AHU and condensing unit, and that <br />they are functional and installed per code. <br /> <br />The building heating and cooling load calculations are based on information provided by the <br />owner. Discrepancies of information provided and actual conditions could result in equipment <br />being sized incorrectly.
