We <br />request Orange County and/or the design team verify all information prior to our <br />initiation of field exploration activities . <br />Planned Construction <br />Item Description <br />Information <br />Provided <br />■ An email request for proposal and qualification was provided <br />by Drew Wilgus, AIA (Smith Sinnett) on May 8, 2025. <br />■ The email included the RFQ #2024022, prepared by Smith <br />Sinnett <br />■ An email update was provided by Drew Wilgus, AIA (Smith <br />Sinnett) on Spetmeber 19, 2025, informing us that Terracon <br />has been selected to perform the geotechnical scope of work <br />Project <br />Description <br />■ The project consists of constructing an addition with ADA <br />ramp and a loading dock ramp for the existing board of <br />elections building . <br />■ The building addition and ADA ramp are planned within the <br />footprint of the west terraced of the existing building, and <br />the loading dock is planned to be located at the southwest <br />corner of the existing building. <br />■ The scope of the project is limited to the building addition <br />and the loading dock ramp, and we understand that no other <br />site improvements are anticipated for the scope of this <br />geotechnical exploration. <br />Proposed <br />Structure <br />■ Stru ctures associated with the project will include a building <br />addition encompassing about 1,250 square feet in plan <br />dimensions and a loading dock ramp. <br />Building <br />Construction <br />■ The building addition structure will consist of primarily steel <br />frame construction with joists and roof deck and a masonry <br />veneer. <br />■ The ramp s tructures will consist of cast in pace concrete. <br />■ All ground floors will be concrete, slab -on-grade. <br />Finished Floor <br />Elevation (FFE) <br />■ The FFE is unknown at the time of this proposal but is <br />anticipated to match the existing structure. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 2ECC4EBC-6A30-4243-9E7F-16636E4F3E4BDocusign Envelope ID: 752D86D7-DF31-404C-B79C-D4F81DF70B21
