The projects will implement sustainable elements, but formal certification with LEED or other <br />environmental agency is not included in this proposal. <br />G. The change of the Link Building from an office building to a Sheriff’s office may instigate a <br />change in occupancy and thus a change to the structural Risk category making it a Risk category <br />IV which will cause some structural remediation. We will study this in predesign and provide <br />feedback on use and any fee adjustments <br />H. The fees for Furniture and Equipment (FFE) design and procurement are not included in this <br />proposal. General FFE layout and coordination is included. <br />I. Startup and commissioning services is excluded. Engineering support of commissioning activities <br />is included. <br />7.
