Project Scope <br />The scope of this proposal is to provide programming, design, and construction administration services <br />for the Renovation of the Link Building for the purpose of housing the Sheriff’s office and the design of a <br />new Evidence Storage facility on the detention facility site. <br />It is understood that the Link Building will be demolished to its basic structure and the envelope will be <br />rebuilt. The Link Building is understood to be about 24,000 square feet in size and the proposed <br />evidence storage facility is understood to be about 6,000 square feet. <br />We understand the County is hiring a CMAR and we will work with the CMAR on preconstruction <br />activities. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: ED9774D9-AC0C-4CB2-997F-EA672B7B6C5D
