A report is considered complete and accepted when: <br />1. Functionality matches the original Crystal Report unless explicitly modified by County <br />request. <br />2. The report complies with County formatting and naming standards. <br />3. The report runs without errors in the test environment. <br />4. The County has validated and approved the output during UAT. <br /> <br />7. Project Management <br />7.1 Meetings <br />• Weekly or biweekly check-ins (virtual or in-person) as agreed. <br />• Ad hoc meetings may be requested for blockers or technical issues. <br />7.2 Time and Materials <br />• Work will be performed on a time-and-materials basis at the agreed hourly rate of <br />$100/hr. <br />• CAI will track hours per report and provide weekly summaries. <br />• The County may set not-to-exceed (NTE) limits per report or report batch. <br />7.3 Change Control <br />Any additional scope—such as new reports, enhancements, or significant redesign—must be <br />approved via the County’s change request process. <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 04201A4C-A5A8-47F9-964C-B912506FA642
