Technical Environment <br />The County will specify the versions and environments to be used, including: <br />• SQL Server version <br />• SSRS version <br />• Development, test, and production environments <br />• Security access requirements (VPN, MFA, role permissions) <br />CAI will adhere to all County security and data handling policies. <br /> <br />5. Project Workflow and Deliverables <br />5.1 Report Conversion Process <br />1. County assigns report(s) from the prioritized list. <br />2. Developer reviews source files and confirms readiness. <br />3. Developer completes SSRS conversion and conducts unit testing. <br />4. County performs UAT and returns consolidated feedback. <br />5. Developer completes defect corrections. <br />6. County provides final acceptance. <br />5.2 Deliverables <br />• Completed .rdl file for each report <br />• Any required dataset or SQL query files <br />• Weekly status report including: <br />o Hours worked <br />o Reports completed or in progress <br />o Issues needing County action <br /> <br />6.
