<br />Statement of Work (SOW) <br />Project: Conversion of Crystal Reports to SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) <br /> <br />1. Purpose and Objectives <br />The purpose of this engagement is to convert approximately 200 existing Crystal Reports into <br />SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) format. The primary objective is to ensure each <br />converted report delivers equivalent functionality, meets County reporting standards, and is <br />validated through a structured testing and acceptance process. <br /> <br />2. Scope of Work <br />2.1 In-Scope Activities <br />The CAI SQL Developer will: <br />1. Convert assigned Crystal Reports into SSRS (.rdl) format. <br />2. Reproduce report functionality, including: <br />o Layout, grouping, formulas, parameters, and filters <br />o Data retrieval logic using provided SQL or stored procedures <br />3. Apply County reporting standards, including: <br />o Naming conventions <br />o Formatting <br />o Folder structure <br />4. Perform unit testing to ensure: <br />o Report executes successfully <br />o Output is functionally comparable to the original Crystal Report <br />5. Address defects identified during County user acceptance testing (UAT). <br />6. Provide weekly progress and time tracking updates. <br />3. Inputs and Resources Provided by the County <br />The County will supply: <br />1. A prioritized list of reports to be converted. <br />2. The Crystal Report files, related SQL queries, and/or stored procedures. <br />3.
