ATTACHMENT I <br /> <br />Orange County Trails Plan <br />Additional services <br />October 29, 2025 <br /> <br />Task 7: Extended Timeline <br /> <br />Additional Orange County BOCC Presentation <br />Gensler will develop a presentation in support of an additional BOCC meeting in service of presenting <br />updated content for the draft Trails master plan. <br /> <br />Additional Project Management <br />Gensler will extend the duration of the project and provide additional meetings and support through <br />January and February 2026. This will include meetings with representatives of DEAPR to prepare for <br />Board of County Commissioners meetings. Gensler anticipates two additional months of project <br />management tasks. <br /> <br />Community Survey <br />We have completed this task and were able to absorb it into the fee, so no additional cost for this, but it <br />displaced our ability to absorb the above so we wanted to include it for your reference. <br /> <br />Map Edits <br />We are assuming one major round of map edits within our base scope. Beyond that, we can assume an <br />hourly NTE to cover any future edits that go into the extended timeline. To whatever extent possible, we <br />would want to aggregate edits in order to be efficient.
