Site Feasibility Study for a Combined Fire and EMS Station <br />Bid: AE-25-006, Town of Chapel Hill, North Carolina <br />May 28, 2025 Page 8 <br /> <br />Selection Criteria <br /> <br />Proposals received will first be reviewed for completeness and inclusion of the information <br />specified in the submittal requirements. The absence of required information may result in <br />exclusion from further consideration. Proposals will then be evaluated on the following criteria: <br /> <br /> Previous relevant project team experience working together <br /> Qualifications of the project team members <br /> Capability of the lead firm to manage the work <br /> Acceptability of the proposed schedule <br /> Accessibility of project team members <br /> Experience with prior projects of a similar nature <br /> Project Approach <br /> Other areas that may be determined by the Town <br /> <br /> <br />Anticipated Selection Schedule <br /> <br />All proposals must be submitted to the Purchasing and Contracts Manager by 3:00 P.M. on June <br />27, 2025. After review by the Town of Chapel Hill and Orange County Emergency Management <br />Services, interviews are anticipated to be scheduled for late July. It is hoped that a contract will <br />be awarded by August 15, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Details of SOQ Submission <br /> <br />SOQ, subject to the conditions made a part hereof, will be accepted until 3:00 P.M., on June 27, <br />2025, for furnishing services described herein.
