FORM OF PERSONAL GUARANTY <br /> <br /> 2 <br />assignment for the benefit of creditors or shall become insolvent , the Guaranteed Obligations <br />shall be deemed at the County’s election to have become immediately due and payable. <br /> <br /> <br /> This Personal Guaranty shall be binding upon each Guarantor and his or her heirs, <br />executors, administrators, and assigns, jointly and severally, and shall inure to the benefit of the <br />County and its successors and assigns. <br /> <br /> This Personal Guaranty may be executed electronically.
