Install new panelboard & meter on support frame. <br />2. Install new electrical from Duke-provided transformer to new panel board <br />3. Install 4 new dual-port Level 2 chargers on new concrete pads <br />4. Install new electrical from panelboard to new chargers <br />5. Install 2 future bases per drawings. Rough-in conduit up through concrete base and terminate <br />2" above concrete base. Install pull-string and cap conduit. <br />6. Trenching, concrete and asphalt painting included <br /> <br />Clarifications <br />1. All prices INCLUDE Use Tax on materials only. NC Sales tax is EXCLUDED from above sell <br />price subject to satisfactory completion of North Carolina Department of Revenue Form E- <br />589CI, Affidavit of Capital Improvement, OR E-595E, Streamlined Sales and Use Tax <br />Agreement Certificate of Exemption. <br />2. This proposal is valid for ten (10) days from the date of this proposal <br />3. Pricing is based on Net 30 days payment terms <br />4. This proposal is in accordance with Contract 3341. Omnia Partners awarded the contract to <br />Trane for HVAC and other trades in North Carolina on September 1, 2022. The US <br />Communities contract now expires on August 31, 2027. The Omnia contract has the option <br />to renew an additional five-year period through 8/31/2032.
