Revised 06/21 <br />Maintenance Fees do not include applicable Taxes pursuant to Section 6.5 (Taxes) of the MSLA or expenses <br />requested pursuant to Section 2.2 (Travel and Other Expenses) of Exhibit A (Maintenance Services). <br /> <br />4.
