Attendant Booth Additions 01 70 00 - 3 <br />Orange County, North Carolina AUGUST 2025 <br />TRC PN: 670493 <br /> <br /> <br />A. When the items of Work on the Punch List(s) have been completed, and <br />Contractor considers the Work of the entire Project is complete, he shall <br />submit written certification that: <br /> <br />1. Contract Documents have been reviewed. <br /> <br />2. Work has been inspected for compliance with Contract Documents. <br /> <br />3. Work has been completed in accordance with Contract Documents. <br /> <br />4. Work has received final cleanup and restoration. <br /> <br />5. Work is completed and ready for final inspection. <br /> <br />B. Engineer and Owner will make an inspection with the Contractor to verify <br />the status of completion within 14 calendar days after receipt of such <br />certification. <br /> <br />C. Should Engineer consider that the Work is incomplete or defective: <br /> <br />1. Engineer: Notify the Contractor in writing within 7 calendar days, <br />listing the incomplete or defective work. <br /> <br />2. Contractor: Remedy the stated deficiencies, and send a second <br />written certification to Engineer that the Work is complete. <br /> <br />3. Engineer will reinspect the Work. <br /> <br />D. When Engineer finds the Work acceptable in accordance with the Contract <br />Documents: Engineer requests Contractor to make closeout submittals. <br /> <br />E. Reinspection costs incurrred by the Engineer will be billed to the Owner and <br />deducted by the Owner from the final payment to the Contractor. <br /> <br />F. A warranty inspection will be conducted by Contractor, Owner, and <br />Engineer, 11 months after substantial completion is accomplished. <br /> <br /> <br />3.4 FINAL APPLICATION FOR PAYMENT <br /> <br />A.. Complete demobilization prior to submitting final application for payment. <br /> <br />B.
