When final completion does not coincide with Substantial <br />Completion: <br /> <br />a. Substantial Completion submittals for portions of the work not <br />previously considered substantially complete, if any, and; <br /> b. Record Drawings; <br /> c. Lien waivers, if required by Owner; <br /> d. Evidence of payments, if required by Owner. <br /> <br />PART 2- PRODUCTS- (NOT APPLICABLE TO THIS SECTION) <br /> <br />PART 3- EXECUTION <br />3.1 DELIVERY OF EXTRA MATERIALS AND SPARE PARTS <br /> <br />A. Provide security, protection from the elements and maintenance for the <br />entire Contract Period. <br /> <br />B. No deliveries of partial inventories accepted. <br /> <br />C. Upon Substantial Completion, Engineer will notify Contractor in writing that <br />extra materials and spare parts may be delivered. <br /> <br />1. Deliver to Owner through Engineer unless otherwise directed in <br />writing. <br /> <br />2. Contractor and representatives of Owner and Engineer shall inspect <br />and inventory all items delivered. <br /> <br />3. Inventory shall be revised to indicate any items delivered that were <br />damaged or defective. <br /> <br />4. Contractor and Owner's and Engineer's representatives shall sign <br />inventory certifying that all items listed were delivered and that, <br />unless otherwise noted on the inventory, all items were in good <br />condition at the time of delivery to Owner. <br /> <br />D. Engineer will review inventory for completeness and inform Contractor <br />promptly of any deficiencies therein. <br /> <br />E.
