Attendant Booth Additions 01 70 00 - 1 <br />Orange County, North Carolina AUGUST 2025 <br />TRC PN: 670493 <br /> <br />SECTION 01 70 00 – CONTRACT CLOSEOUT <br /> <br />PART 1 GENERAL <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br />Section Includes: <br />Description of procedures to be followed and related work required to accomplish <br />an orderly transfer of Project deliverables from the Contractor to the Owner. <br />Related Sections include but are not necessarily limited to: <br /> <br />1. Front End Documents: Bid Requirements, Contract Forms, and Conditions <br />of the Contract. <br />2. Division I - General Requirements. <br />1.2 DEFINITIONS <br /> <br />A. Punch List: The stated qualification accompanying either the Engineer's <br />Certificate of Substantial Completion or the Certificate of Final Payment, or <br />any list of construction items found to be deficient or incomplete through <br />review of the Work by Engineer and communicated in writing to Contractor <br />at any time during the Contract Period. <br /> <br />B. Record Drawings: Drawings showing changes made during actual <br />construction. <br /> <br />1.3 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />A. Substantial Completion: <br /> <br /> 1. Contractor to notify Engineer that the Contractor considers the Work <br />as a whole to be in Substantial Completion and request for a <br />Substantial Completion inspection. <br />B. Final Completion: <br /> <br /> 1. Contractor to notify Engineer that the Contractor considers the entire <br />Work to have progressed to final completion. <br /> <br /> 2. When Final Completion and Substantial Completion are coincidental: <br /> <br /> a. Submittals required for Substantial Completion, and; <br /> b. Record Drawings; <br /> c. As-built survey performed by Licensed Surveyor. <br /> d. Lien waivers, if requested by Owner; <br /> e.
