Submit revised schedule with each Application for Payment as <br /> required for updating, identifying changes since previous <br /> version. Indicate estimated percentage of completion for each <br /> item of Work at each submission. <br /> <br />6. Indicate submittal dates required for critical shop drawings, product <br /> data, samples, and product delivery dates including those furnished <br /> by Owner and items listed under Allowances. <br /> <br /> 7. Indicate specific work sequences and requirements. <br /> <br /> <br /> B. Schedule of Values <br /> <br />1. Submit three (3) copies of the schedule of values at least three (3) <br />Weeks prior to the first partial payment request. Schedule shall <br />divide the lump sum contract items into major work tasks. Use the <br />table of contents as a guide for itemizing the schedule. Schedule will <br />be used only as a basis for review of the Contractor’s request for <br />payment. <br /> <br />2. Engineer may request additional delineation of work tasks and <br />supporting data of the values, as he deems appropriate. Revise <br />schedule and resubmit. <br /> <br /> 3. Revise schedule to list approved Change Orders, with each request <br /> for payment. <br /> <br /> C. Project Record Documents <br /> <br /> 1. Maintain on site, one set of the following record documents; <br /> record actual revisions to the Work: <br /> <br /> a. Contract Drawings <br /> b. Contract Documents and Specifications <br /> c. Addenda <br /> d. Change Orders and other Modifications to the Contract <br /> e. Reviewed Submittals <br /> <br /> 2.
