Warranties <br />11. Spare parts and maintenance materials <br /> <br />1.2 SUBMITTAL PROCEDURES <br /> <br />A. Transmit each submittal with cover letter to the Engineer: <br /> TRC Engineers, 114 Edinburgh South Drive, Suite 200 <br /> Cary, NC 27511 <br /> <br /> B Sequentially number transmittal forms. Re-submittals are to have original <br /> number with an alphabetic suffix. <br /> <br /> C. Cover letter for each submittal package shall list the following: <br /> <br />1. Contractor’s Name <br />2. Owner’s Name <br />3. Project Name <br />4. TRC Project Number: 670493 <br /> <br /> D. Individual submittals shall each be listed by the following information: <br /> <br /> 1. Submittal reference number <br />2. Specification section number <br />3.
