Restore Permanent facilities used for temporary services to specified condition. <br /> <br /> <br />S-33 - FIELD OFFICES <br /> <br />33.1 Scope of Work <br /> <br />A. Furnish, install and maintain temporary field office and furnishings. <br /> <br />B. Furnish, install and maintain storage and work sheds needed for construction. <br /> <br />C. At completion of work, remove field offices, sheds and contents. <br /> <br />D. Contractor shall be responsible for all costs for Items A thru D. <br /> <br />33.2 Submittals <br /> <br />A. Prior to installation of field office, submit to Engineer for review a complete <br />description of proposed location, access, and related data. <br /> <br />33.3 Requirements for Facilities <br /> <br />A. Construction: <br /> <br />1. Structurally sound, weather tight, with floors raised above ground. <br /> <br />2. Temperature transmission resistance: Compatible with occupancy and <br />storage requirements. <br /> <br />3. At Contractor’s option, portable or mobile buildings may be used. <br /> <br />• Mobile trailers, when used, shall be modified for office use. <br />• Do not use mobile trailers for living quarters. <br /> <br />33.4 Materials, Equipment, Furnishings <br /> <br />A. May be new or used, but must be serviceable, adequate for required purpose, <br />and must not violate applicable codes or regulations. <br /> <br />33.5 Preparation <br /> <br />A. Fill and grade sites for temporary structures to provide surface drainage. <br /> <br />33.6 Installation <br /> <br />A. Construct temporary field offices on proper foundations, provide connections for <br />utility services. <br /> <br />1. Secure portable or mobile buildings when used. <br />2.
