SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> <br />Attendant Booth Additions SC - 18 <br />Orange County, North Carolina AUGUST 2025 <br />TRC PN: 670493 <br /> <br />changes except for unavoidable overall Contract time extensions beyond the <br />actual completion of all unaffected Work in the Contract, in which case the <br />Contractor shall take all possible action to minimize any time extension and any <br />additional cost to the Owner. <br /> <br />30.10 Coordinating Schedules with Other Contract Schedules <br /> <br />A. Where work is to be performed under this contract concurrently with and/or <br />contingent upon work performed on the same facilities or area under other <br />contracts, the Contractor’s schedule shall be coordinated with the schedules of <br />the other contracts. The Contractor shall obtain the schedules of the other <br />appropriate contracts for the preparation and updating of his schedule and shall <br />make the required changes in his schedule when indicated by changes in <br />corresponding schedules. <br /> <br />B. Float Time <br /> <br />1. The Owner controls the float time in the approved schedule and, therefore, <br />without obligation to extend either the overall completion date or any <br />intermediate completion dates set out in the schedule, the Owner may initiate <br />changes to the work that absorb float time only. Owner initiated changes that <br />affect the Critical Path on the approved schedule, shall be the sole grounds <br />for extending said completion dates. Contractor-initiated changes that <br />encroach on the float time identified in the approved schedule may be <br />accomplished with the Owner’s concurrence. Such changes, however, shall <br />give way to Owner-initiated changes competing for the same float time. <br /> <br />S-31 - OMITTED <br /> <br /> <br />S-32 - TEMPORARY UTILITIES <br /> <br />32.1 Requirements Included <br /> <br />A. Furnish, install and maintain temporary utilities required for construction and <br />remove on completion of work. <br /> <br />32.2 Requirements of Regulatory Agencies <br /> <br />A. Comply with National Electric Code. <br /> <br />B. Comply with Federal, State and local codes and regulations and with utility <br />company requirements. <br /> <br />C.
