Scope of Work <br />Convergint is providing a proposal for the replacement/upgrade of the existing DMP <br />intrusion panel at the Orange County Cedar Grove Center. <br />Convergint is providing a straight take over option that will look to reuse all existing <br />field security hardware and cable that is on site. <br />o 1 new Honeywell Vista panel will be installed <br />o 1 new cell dialer to be installed <br />o 1 Vista Total Connect module to be installed <br />o 2 zone expanders will be installed for existing zones <br />o All 2 keypads will be replaced with Honeywell keypads <br />Programming is to be completed by Convergint <br />Testing to be completed by Convergint <br /> <br />Device Hardening (reduce cyber risk) <br />Convergint may provide Device Hardening services for certain qualifying and scoped <br />equipment. Services may include disabling unused & non-essential device features, <br />disabling unused network comms (e.g., services, ports), changing default passwords, <br />and updating firmware. The hardening services provided will depend on the equipment <br />being installed, equipment capabilities, and manufacturer-provided permissions and <br />recommendations. Not all equipment may receive hardening.
